Policies
We hold a no judgement policy, and will never judge you or your space.
No refunds. We may work with a unsatisfied client if they reach out within 24 hours of a cleaning service to rectify with proof of dissatisfactory service, sometimes offering coupons for future cleanings/specialty services. At other times, re-cleaning the area if necessary. We will always work to make things right, as client satisfaction is our top priority!
Clients must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 25% fee for cancellation. 3 days beforehand is always recommended.
If there are any additional fees to be paid, client is made aware beforehand through verbal or written communication.
Failure to pay a balance will result in termination of services until balance is paid in full, this could also accrue 1 or more late fees, depending on how long it takes to receive the balance owed.
To make changes to a recurring schedule please contact us immediately by email, phone, or text.
To break any contracts, please provide a 30 day written notice so that we may process the termination of services, that way you may cancel without paying any penalties or fees.
